Midget, Junior & College (Ages 15 & up)

Skill development and player promotion are our top priority at the World Hockey Centre. Over the years we have developed relationships with many Junior, OHL, NCAA and professional coaches and placed many of our players in their programs.

In our in-residence, Summer Skill Development and College Showcase, players will have the opportunity to show coaches and recruiters their best. Since the coaches themselves stay at the World Hockey Centre, players will have unparalleled access to coaches and recruiters who are actively seeking players for their upcoming rosters. Not only will the players have the opportunity to speak with them on a one-on-one basis, but also show them their progression, both on and off the ice.

Dates for 2013:
Week 1: July 1 - July 7 Week 2: July 8 - July 14 Week 3: July 15 - July 21 Week 4: July 22 - July 28 Week 5: July 29 - August 4 Week 6: August 5 - August 11 Week 7: August 12 - August 18 Week 8: August 19 - August 25

Price includes:
Ice time, Dryland training, Strength conditioning, Off-ice shooting, WHC jersey and socks, Room and board (meals included)

Players receive:
1.5 hours of ice time per day, 1 hour officiated game per day, 2 hours of dryland training per day

Goalies receive:
1 hour of goalie specific training per day, 1 hour officiated game per day, 2 hours of dryland training per day

Additional ice time may be available and everyone has full access to the WHC training facility.

Atom, Pee Wee and Bantam (Ages 9 - 14)

For over a decade, the World Hockey Centre has been teaching this wonderful game to players of all ages and skill-levels in many different programs. Since then, we have seen our camps and the facility itself, blossom into the premier skill-development program in North America. Our philosophy is simple: provide a positive, professional environment; top quality professional instruction; lots of ice-time with a focus on individual skill; professional strength and conditioning coaches for dryland training; and a serious commitment to helping players progress to higher levels of the game. This program is designed for those players who truly understand the commitment required to get a step ahead of the competition. The World Hockey Centre has been very successful helping players achieve their goals, and we can help you.

The Training
Skill development and conditioning are the essential elements of our training program. Endurance, quickness and agility are all finely tuned on the ice, while weight training, conditioning and off-ice shooting are a part of our dryland training. Off-ice, players will make use of our obstacle course, ball hockey court, outdoor shooting lanes, weight room and spin bikes.

At our summer camp you will have the opportunity to show the coaches in Bradford Rattlers your best. All training will be held at the World Hockey Centre, located about 45 minutes northwest of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. There you will have access to coaches who are actively seeking players for their upcoming season. Over the years we have developed relationships with many Junior, OHL, NCAA and professional coaches and placed many of our players in their programs. You will have the opportunity for individual discussions with them and show them your intentions, both on and off the ice. Take a chance and be player in one of the top teams in GMHL!

We can offer your team a summer camp with professional instructors who has experience from the NHL, AHL and college hockey in Canada and the US.
